CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Fee

We do not charge any cancellation fee if your cancellation request is received by the company within a the stipulated time period after the commencement of our services on your platform, and/or website, and/or application, as stipulated in our terms of usage/ agreement.

You can raise your cancellation request via Email to our Finance Team at [email protected] with the required documents.

Cancellation by Company

Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription, with prior notice of 24 hours to you in the event of:

  • Non-payment or failed charges;
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the service; or
  • As required by law or government order.

Immediate Termination

In cases of severe breach or unlawful activity, we may terminate access immediately and without prior notice.

Data Retention After Cancellation

Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which time you may request an export of your data.

After this retention period, your data will be permanently deleted, unless otherwise required by law.
